On Wednesday evening Feb. 10 at 8:30 o'clock, at the of the bride's parents, Miss Rachel D. Francks was united in marriage to Mr. W. H. Ballou of Brady, Texas, Rev. M. T. Andrews officiating.

Only relatives and immediate friends of the family being present.

This wedding was rather odd, in that the bride was married in the same room and on the exact spot that her grand Mother was married to her grand father, about forty-two years ago.

Mr. Bailou is a very popular young man of Brady and holds a position as book keeper in the bank there. He wins as his wife one of Marlin's sweetest and most charming young ladies.
